Here is what happens next, so there are no surprises. One of us calls you back, usually the same working day, and asks enough about the property to know who should come and how long to allow.
Then we book the visit. Estimates run Monday to Friday between 9am and 4pm, and we ask for about 48 hours notice so the right person can be there rather than whoever happens to be free. It takes 20 to 30 minutes and it costs nothing.
At the property, one of the owners walks it with you, looks at the trees, the access and the ground, and talks through what each tree actually needs. The estimate is written to the assessment standard our certified arborist set, and you get it itemized, usually on the spot and otherwise by email straight after. Financing is available through Affirm on the invoice if you want it.
